My daughter is 17 and had never had this problem before. I had absolutely no idea what to do. After speaking with my sister, she highly recommended Michelle. I called about 2pm and was able to get an appointment for 4:30 on the same day. Michelle was wonderful. She was very professional and explained everything to us. You can tell that she knows what shes doing and enjoys doing it. She took her time and was very thorough. She was also very caring and spoke to my daughter in a respectful manner. And she took a big load off my mind in that I knew she would take care of the problem, which she did. I would highly recommend her to anyone. It was definitely worth the drive.
I came in in a panic, 3 out of 4 of our kids had live one of them be No our two year old daughter. Michelle was amazing, very sweet, reassuring and professional she got us all taken care of in a day, and our kids loved her. I was impressed how patient she was with my two year old and how well she cooperated while being treated. If we ever find ourself in the predicament again we would most definitely come back!!!
our experience here was fabulous!! Michelle was very understanding and kind. She lends a personal touch to an otherwise awkward situation. She enjoys her job and it shows. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!!
This place is amazing. My daughter never fused and cried. They was so gentle with her espically when we told her she has a sensitive scalp. They are really worth it.
I can't say enough about the great treatment experience we had. Michelle stood by her guarantee and made sure my daughter was lice free. She was always there to answer the phone when we had questions, she educated us and provided excellent after-care products and instructions. Kind, caring, and knowledgeable every step of the way. I can't imagine going through a lice situation without her!
