Always have lots of crafting and gifts to choose from. However, the staff is not careful when checking you out. Second time in a row that I was overcharged for product. My sister purchased the same item right after me and the item was 30% off. While she got the discount, I did not, the two clerks actually had a discussion about whether or not to let someone know about the overcharge. I realized the mistake, came back into the store and got my refund. The staff clearly knew we were together and never mentioned to my sister to tell me to come back in to get my refund. While I will return, I will always check my receipt. I am your customer. Treat me right!

When I went here, i was expecting more options for books, considering that it says it on the sign they have books. But when you go inside, it had a LOT of religious stuff, books, and religious cards. When I see it says books, i was expecting more variety. I would recommend that they should say something on the sign that states they have more religious items than anything else.

I have always been a huge fan of the selection of dies and everything cardmaking at the Lighthouse Books & Gifts in Wisconsin Rapids and try to do a road trip there as often as I can. I am an even bigger fan now because I had a small problem with a stamp set I bought there and they immediately offered to replace it with no hassles- Great Service!

Sales rep and cashier were outgoing and friendly. I asked several questions and got quick responses. I decided to buy a gift while I was there and they gift wrapped it for a dollar more, a good deal. Will return there again.

I love this store! HUGE variety of stamps and every supply, including for stampers, that you can imagine! Well organized and great deals! A must visit store! I drive 2 hours to pop in at least twice a year! Worth the drive!
