Extremely satisfied with the whole process and their customer service representatives. I purchased a vehicle in 2019 and thought that was the last time we would contact them for anything since it’s over an hour drive from my home. My vehicle purchase included 2 oil changes and both times I’ve had such a difficult time getting my local dealership to locate them on the system... Every time I would call this dealership(Galveston) they found the service on their end and were so helpful to the point where they called my local dealership and explain the whole process on finding those services because the representative would not understand that I did not purchase the service because they were ALREADY included when I purchased my truck. The lady in the service department I was in(my local dealership) made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about because my “service expired in 2019” so I really appreciate Galveston dealership representatives going above and beyond to help me resolve my issue.
The dealer had the vehicle in stock and was as described, I made the 2hr. trip and was taken care of in a timely fashion. Every one at the dealership was courteous and professional answering my questions and showing me the features of the vehicle. The buying process was smooth and fast. Overall one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle.
So happy we were finally able to purchase locally in Galveston after many failed attempts. We got what we wanted on our trade in vehicle, felt like we got a good deal on purchasing the vehicle we desired and overall the process was very smooth and stress free. Big shout out to Jeff for taking care of us and making the whole process fun and exciting. We are looking forward to being a repeat customer of Jeff’s and being a part of the Classic family!
On 11/09/20 I traveled to Galveston from Dallas to purchase a truck that I saw on line. When I arrived, I was told that this particular vehicle had been sold. I spoke with Mina who went to work to find me another vehicle. He found me a truck that had even more options and made me an even better deal! Mina is an excellent sales person who works very hard to please the customer. I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this dealership and Mina to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. Hollis - Dallas
Eric Munoz was first class. He showed us a every car we were interested in from Buick, Toyota, Ford, and Chevy. He never pressured us to buy, and stayed after the dealership was closed to get us into see the lovely finance lady Debbie (another great employee).
