I appreciate the professionalism and above all, the accuracy and detailed information that is provided with each time.nnMy salesman was Marco and he made it very easy through our entire process. He gave us several different options and was very reasonable on pricing. He was very engaged with the entire family and put everyone at ease. I would definitely refer Marco to family and friends.

I had been car shopping for a week and just when I felt like I hated the process. I had an amazing experience at Fort bend Toyota. Sales rep Benjamin was awesome. Never gave us the run around or any of those gimmicks of let me work the numbers come on in. I told him what the budget was, he didn’t waste our time. Got us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Its a plus he knows a lot about mechanics so he’s very knowledgeable about the vehicles there. Answered all of my questions and some. Very happy with our new purchase!

Arnaldo PereznnMy family and I were in need of a more reliable family car. I made an appointment online and met with Arnaldo at the dealership. He provided me with with great customer service and payed attention to my concerns about buying a car. He helped me with the inspection of the car and walked me through some of the special features for my car. After deciding to purchase the car, Arnaldo worked with me to give me a good deal on the vehicle. After finding out I was veteran, he took better care of me. Got some things fixed on the car before it left the lot. Thank you for your attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

Buying your first car is supposed to be an exciting experience, but purchasing my first car here was awful.nnI bought a brand new 2020 Camry. Before I purchased it, I saw a scratch on the back of the car. The salesman said that I could come in on Saturday to get it fixed for free.nnWe came in Saturday and as soon as we got there, they said they did not have time to see us and that the scratch was so bad it actually needed to go to the body shop instead of the detailer. We were annoyed by this, but were willing to come back again since it was a free repair. They also offered to wash our car since we were already there.nnAfter an hour later, our car was finally clean. We came and got our car and noticed a huge scratch on the passenger side door that was not there before.nnObviously, we were angry because it was a brand new car that I had for less than a week. They offered to fix it for free on a weekday, in addition to the scratch that was already there upon purchase.nnWe agreed, game back to drop the car off, and they gave us a free loaner.nnWhen we picked the car up again, the new scratch was covered but still visible. Obviously we were mad again, and they offered to fix it again, but at this point we were fed up with them and no longer trusted them with our car.nnAlso, their COVID-19 measures are terrible. While they do have glass screens that separate you, most of the workers there wear their mask incorrectly (as in, their masks do not cover their nose) or they take it off. We had to tell our salesman that we were uncomfortable and that he should put his mask back on.nnTLDR; dealership scratched my brand new car and did a bad job at fixing it. Some salesmen improperly wear masks or take off their masks. Poor communication on scheduling as well.
