I find the service department great. I one who likes to bring my car in and feel confident that I am getting quality service at a fairnPrice. Ron my service rep. is always there for me.nI defiantly recommend the service..nNow that my cars are older and out of warranty I get my oil changes at there Quick Lanes, from inspections, brakes, tires, ( they always match or beat a any price on tires) and battery all at very good price. The one thing that I like the most its Ford. If I have a problem with anything I had repaired by them, they take care of it. To be honest that's worth every dollar I spend. I get good service, trusted repair, and most of all peace of mind......nBOY DO I SOUND LIKE A COMMERCIAL

We had a great experience and were well taken care of by Legacy Ford. They worked with us on our trade and getting us into a new vehicle fitting our needs. Joe was a great salesman. He was upfront and honest. The process was simple and quick. They took care of everything without us having to sit and wait at the dealership all day. Highly recommend going to Legacy Ford and ask for Joe Payne!

Legacy Ford was awesome! Simply put and so very true. I had been in contact with another dealership in the area(side note...we live over an hour away and only one day to purchase a new truck) and was left waiting for a response for several hours. Contacted Legacy myself, spoke with Vanessa, she promptly checked to see if the truck we wanted was on the lot. Yes it was!!! We knew what we wanted (own a ford) no need to test drive! Vanessa started all the paperwork while we made a quick drive to Rosenberg! She even had the truck drive out ready by the time we got there. Lance was on the ball as well. All paperwork was ready to be signed as soon as we drove up. We were ready to drive home in a little over an hour, BEST car buying experience ever!! My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism mixed with family friendly vibes. Would recommend Legacy Ford, Vanessa and Lance to everyone I know and anyone who reads this ud83dude01

Honestly if I could give them more the 5 starts I would. They should get a 10/10. I bought a used Ford from another dealership. I too my car to legacy because the sync/navigation was having issues. First of all the staff in the service department was so friendly. Valentine was probably the nicest service guy there. He was very nice and explained what the problem could be. He also explained that they won’t really know until they get in and look at it. Once we got inside it was so nice. First of all there was a little cafe there (never seen that in a dealership before) with a lady making hot food. I got a burger and my son got a grilled cheese. Honestly the burger was VERY VERY GOOD. And very reasonably priced. We got a cheeseburger with fries, a grilled cheese, and 2 drinks for 10$. Then the dealership was VERY VERY clean. Looked almost brand new. Then the service guys were very good about keeping me informed on what they were doing. They figured out what the problem was and even quoted me a price (which was also extremely reasonable). Then when it came to the time to pay it actually came out to being 80$ cheaper then what they said because they were able to get Ford extended warranty to pay for some of the stuff even though I don’t think I had the extended warranty. Valentine even walked me through how to reset and set up a new code for the door on the vehicle. And didn’t let me leave until we had every exactly the way I wanted and fully understood how to use it. I was only in Rosenberg because that is where I bought my vehicle from. I live about 1 hour away and pass about 3 or 4 Ford dealerships on my way to Legacy but I would 100% drive all the way there again because the guys there were extremely good and very nice. I HIGHLY recommend. As I said before if I could give them more the 5 stars I would!
