I am new to the area and needed routine maintenance , new tires and rear brake pads on my 2019 Rogue. Juan provided exceptional customer service from the first phone call I made to schedule the appointment until the time I picked my vehicle up. The shuttle driver was very nice also and I appreciated being taken home that afternoon and picked up the next morning to go get a rental car. Thank you !
My experience with Victoria was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL. I was in a car accident on New Years Eve and my car was totaled. I didn't have time to find a qualify car. I cam to Gillman and Victoria was awesome. She heard my concerns and put me in a great vehicle reasonably priced. Thank you for your wonderful service Victoria :)
They stated to me that there was nothing wrong with my tire after I’ve had to consistently fill it week after week. Once again, the tire is low. I have the warranty plan for the tires and and do not understand why they will not replace the tire, other than the fact that it’s going to cost them money. They’d rather put my life in danger and have me in an accident with a blowout on the highway.
Hands down, THIS was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Garson Myles and the Gillman Nissan Fort Bend was awesome. I'm so happy with my purchase.
