Update:nGot the last 18 months, I’ve attempted to resolve an issue with my extended warranty to no avail. In June, I met f2f with Dominic and was assured it was taken care of. Six months later, it is not.nNo one will take calls or answer emails. Escalating to AG of TX, Honda, and small claims. Really dodgy dealership.nnI have had great experiences with Gillman Honda in Rosenberg. For many years, they serviced my '01 Accord. When it was time to get a new car, my salesman Matt C. was excellent, he did a great job helping me find the right car for me, and getting me familiar with all the features after I had purchased.

I recently purchased a 2021 Honda Accord. Overall, I had a wonderful stress-free experience. They provided exceptional customer service. They were attentive to my all my vehicle needs and wants. It was a pleasant timely transaction. I enjoyed their new dealership/facility. I highly recommend Gillman Honda Fort Bend for your vehicle needs.

Jose gave excellent customer service! He was very knowledgeable in explaining to me the details of my car repair. He answered all my questions and helped me every way possible to ensure that my experience at Gillman Honda was a strong 5! Wonderful and amazing place!! Luis N is a very straightforward, straight to the point person and he has great intentions to help and is super cool and nice!! The process was only a bit longer for me cause of some miscalculations but I honestly didn’t mind! My family and I were kindly served by Ahmed working with the sales department. He communicated very well, notifying my family when the car model we were interested in arrived to the lot. He was very understanding of our questions, comments, and concerns. And he took them all with grace and patience, even staying behind late to take pictures of us when we finally closed on a deal! He advocated on our behalf and we appreciated this level of respectful service. We also were helped by Nhan in the financial department. He took the time to answer all of our questions and clarified options for insurance that best suited our needs. He even stayed late to help us, and did not rush our process. He got us a great deal and we are grateful for his kind and friendly service as well. We would recommend this location for anyone in Houston looking for quality service!
