Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken because id wanted to try it. The nice lady working the machine put spicy chicken on the receipt. So we can't switch out our order. Going to another McDonald's for better service
After doing a mobile order and charging me 2 x they wanted my card to charge it a 3rd time ! Worst customer service ever and especially that old female at the drive thru pick up window . A $10 order and they were trying to charge me $30 ! Keep that food and your rude service . Advice get better employees! I wouldn’t even give them a star but I had to ...
I like their french fries and sweet tea. The vanilla shakes are good too.

This Mcdonalds doesn’t even deserve one star. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. The drive thru lady was rude and got my order completely wrong. She didn’t repeat it back to me nor was she wanting to let me complete my order. I called the manager to complain and instead of offering to fix it. She so rudely told me it was my fault and just said That she would talk to the drive thru girl. No apologies were offered at all or help. I’m very disappointed, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
