Hands down best customer service in the LTL industry! They always get back to you swiftly and actually look to solve problems, not come up with more excuses.
I've been using Choice Global for the past six months to ship perishable Items Overnight via UPS. Their shipping discounts are way deeper than going directly through UPS. Their online shipping portal is easier to use as well. Recently had a glitch that was causing some billing issues and all it took was a quick call with Yzobelle and she had the problem solved and had us up and running again in no time. Aiza and Yzobelle are the best. I would Highly Recommend using Choice Global for all your shipping needs.
5 stars is not enough. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I have been shipping live fish for over 10 years now and Choice Global has by far not only provided the best rates, but also the best customer service. My representative Yzobelle goes out of her way to make sure I utilize the platform and have all the tools needed to make shipping live animals a smooth and stress free experience.
