The service at this location has ALWAYS left a lot to be desired, but we have kept coming back because the wings couldn't be beat. Well we're over it. Tonight we came for dinner. We were told that there was a 30min wait to be seated. After waiting almost an hour we are finally seated. This is when the hostess decides to tell us that one of the fryers is down and it will be AN HOUR WAIT FOR WINGS.nOur server comes to the table and tells us the same thing. So we ask if they are offering any different specials since they can't fulfill the special they are offering (which was bogo wings). She sends the manager over and she says the most she can offer us is a free chips & salsa. We left. Won't be back, they don't value their customers so we will take our business elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.
3.5 stars. Customer service was good. Appears they were under staffed at the time we went. Order took a while to get there. Then a few things on the order weren't correct. Definitely not cheap. 3 people and the bill was 82$. And we had no alcohol
Great food, great customer experience! Very friendly and homely environment. Good music and sports!
Always a problem at this place. Orders are never accurate and takeout is never ready even when the app says ready for pickup. Wing Stop across the highway is still way more efficient than this place. Unfortunately this location needs better management and customer service.
Great service they helped us with a very large crowd I would definitely recommend going back to this place any time
