Awesome place! We ate in once and got take out 4 other times. Friendly service, awesome food. We love going there!
Very delicious rolls. I got spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll. My husband got spicy tuna hand rolls. The table spacing was great no crowding and everyone wearing masks.
Was a nice place to grab some sushi with my family. The only thing I can say to improve was to clean off the tables a bit better. But overall we enjoyed the dinner.
I waited in line for 30min to place a to go order.. after being told twice it would just be a few moments. After 30min passes with me just standing there, the manager approaches and i let him know that I have still not placed my order. He then tells me that it will be ANOTHER 30 MINUTES before my order is even taken! This is after 2 separate staff members told me just a few moments! The place was not even crowded. I feel completely disrespected. Manager offered me a menu to take with me! LOL what am I going to do with a menu? Eat it? DO NOT GO HERE. RUDE STAFF.
Never have I wanted to give a place 5 stars so badly but couldn't. The customer service was outstanding, every employee was extremely kind and prompt with their service. The only thing holding this place back from 5 stars is sauce. Hibachi isn't hibachi without a good yum-yum sauce, however they do not offer yum-yum sauce. They have another sauce that is a substitute for it but it doesn't compare. Please Shogun, get yum-yum sauce and let me give you 5 stars!
