Lottie was very nasty and mean. She was highly unprofessional and she was extremely late to my hair appointment! While she was putting my weave in, she was tugging way too hard and almost felt like she was pulling my hair out. She was eating a chicken sandwich from McDonald’s while putting in my hair extensions and stop doing my extensions while taking multiple phone calls. 2 days after, my extensions were already dropping down and they weren’t very pleasant at all.

Rosie was wonderful! I wanted a new, more youthful look for my birthday. Rosie delivered! She was friendly & accommodating to my husband who needed to be with me during the service.
