Love the apartment and the community. Everything is great, when you need something done in the office they handle it quickly. Staff is friendly. Only reason it's not 5 stars is cause, maintenance is hit or miss. They're friendly people but you might have to remind them again you have an issue. Eventually they do fix it. Besides that, I recommended this place to my friend and he's moving here in a couple weeks.

I moved in a month ago, my unit was not ready for my move in date. I let them know and nothing was done sadly I had to move in like this because my lease was already up at my other place. I put everything in my inventory sheet and took printed out pictures !! Nothing has been done, till this date I have spoken to everybody in the office they are very dismissive. They say they are going to fix it and never get back to me, I have had to call, go to the office and email several times. Do not move here, all the others review are not being honest. Everything had broken down at least once! Emergency maintenance doesn’t come when called, the office never gives a call back regarding issues. They need to be better communicating with tenants, with their services specially! My unit was filthy!n03/13/2021n4th day without hot water!! Maintenance isn’t coming to fix it nor will the leasing office answer!nDO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT A DECENT PLACE SPECIALLY FOR WHAT YOU ARE FREAKING PAYING!! $1,200 these apartments are dirty and everything breaks down every other day

Amazing place! I’ve been living in this property for a few years now and I have nothing but good to say. They are fast at getting back to you they fix any problems as soon as they can. The girls in the office are very sweet and good at their jobs. I referred this place to a friend and they love it just as much as I do. Thank you Estates for making me a happy resident.

Ac was not working, sent a work order request and 2 hours later it worked! Crew worked quickly. Love it, great crew! Wouldn't live any where else.

We lived at the Estates of Fountain Lake Apartments for several years. During that time, we were provided with excellent service from the office team and the maintenance crew. All concerns or issues were readily addressed and provided immediate attention. Our apartment and the surroundings were very comfortable and spacious. The area (pool, equipment room, office) were excellent! We loved living here and hope that others receive the genuine care that we were provided.
