Always nice service when they come to my house. I feel like I learn something new every time. And I did previously have an issue with billing and the Office of CEO has taken great care of us. We choose to stay with the company for the simple fact that customer service has been very well executed.
The system works fine. How ever the way the contract is set up is not right. I have the home security in my business which was forced to close down due to covid. I understand I’m in a contract and agree to move services to another location with still 19 months left on my contract however now I’m being told to move service I’d have to start an additional 36 month contract. Paying the $36 a month is definitely not bad but it’s the fact that i have to do new 36 month contract that is getting to me. Alert 360 did not provide any equipment at my last location as we already had equipment there from prior tenants.
Very affordable cell network security service. My equipment was very old. Recently there was service error that kept happening. They didn't tell me it was due to 3G. They didn't tell me or needed upgrade. Their equipment upgrade should not charged to me, but I had to sign up for warranty contract so this visit won't be exorbitant. THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME WAS AWESOME. FIXED ALL TROUBLES, CHECKED THE WHOLE SYSTEM.
The service technician Quinton was professional and friendly. He worked in a timely fashion. Also the he was very knowledgeable of the products that were use during my service call. I definitely appreciated his he responses to my questions. I would strongly recommend alert 360 to family and friends
I would highly recommend Alert 360 for your security system! The sales team with Enrique and Adrian were very helpful, understanding and accommodating to my needs. Technician, Oscar Munoz, was awesome! He’s very experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and took his time to install my new cameras. He was courteous and very professional!
