Dr. Lam and his staff were amazing! From the time I walked in until I left, it was nothing short of amazing customer service. They are very personable and really seem to care about what it is you share with them. It was an amazing experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, and it was a judge-free zone. They just talked about what I needed to do to improve my smile and the steps that I needed to take going forward. It was comfortable and relaxing for those who may not really like going to a dentist. I feel like they would do anything to ease your trauma. I don't mind pain (not that it was) or the dentist so my experience was great! There's a TV to keep you entertained and to keep your mind off of what is going on around in your mouth. Everything was very clean (from the parking lot to the exam room to the waiting room and to the bathroom) which is an automatic 10 stars for me. They are reasonable with their pricing and upfront about everything as well, which I greatly appreciated. I don't like surprise bills. I look forward to going back in 6 months for my follow up! It is a guaranteed amazing experience!

Exceptional experience here at Refine Dentistry. Super friendly staff. Crystal is very attentive and professional. My hygienist Unique was amazing and super gentle. She talked me through the entire cleaning process. Amazing! I came to see Dr. Lam for cosmetic reasons and I couldn’t trust any other doctor! Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for an upbeat yet relaxing dental experience! Clean, professional, and trustworthy! Go see Dr. Lam and his staff, you won’t regret it!

I am generally nervous when going to the dentist. However upon arrival I noticed how clean and calm their office was... And how pleasant the front desk folks were and that really helped to ease my anxiety a little bit... As far as my actual experience... It ended up not being as bad as I thought... They were gentle and also communicated with me the whole time about everything they were doing.. I'm a huge boxing fan...so they even let me watch Boxing on the tv while they worked on me... which took my mind off what they were doing in my mouth... And it made the whole process easier... Everyone here does a great job at putting you at ease... If you're like me... And a trip to the dentist makes you nervous... I highly recommend Refine Dentistry!

Dr Lam and the team are simply the best. They made me feel at home and comfortable. Dr Lam is working on a full smile makeover for me and I am very excited. He is not like every other dentist that I have seen selling unneeded treatments. He sincerely is helping to make me feel comfortable about my smile again. Would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.
