Lowered my experience to 3 stars. I recently bought a new Lincoln Navigator here and recived good service and price up to the purchase of the vehicle...nnI have been told multiple times that someone will call me back to let me know how the transference of my plate works since I live out of state. I have called on 4 different occasions and written multiple emails and know one calls me back or answers emails. Much different service that before you purchase the car.
