My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Tijerina to purchase our new Texas Edition Ford F-150 last November 2019. However, in October 2020 our wonderful 2019 Ford that we purchased was totaled in a car accident. With that said all I had to do was text Ryan and tell him what happened. I told him we wanted the same truck but a 2020. I also told him it would be nice to find one with a couple more upgrades such as a sunroof and 4x4. Seemed like it was within minutes he found us what we were looking for. Some time passed as we waited for the insurance company to finally come through. Turns out the truck he had selected got sold while we waited. But then again he was able to find another truck super quick. He emailed us the specs and everything we wanted and more was listed. Also, he gave us the best price. Ryan worked diligently, quickly and professionally and he just really makes the truck buying experience a breeze unlike many, many other vehicles purchases over the years. It is nice to have a car salesman that we can trust and simply call to do all the leg work before we even step foot in the dealership. Also Gus in financing was super efficient and very well versed with the different financing options, warranties etc. Helfman Ford is THE ONLY Ford dealership we will EVER purchase our trucks from!!!

I purchased a 2020 F-150 XLT from Helfman Ford today. I've purchased vehicles from at least 5 different Houston area dealerships over the past 30 years or so and I must say today's experience was possibly the best. Mr. Smith assisted me with the sale and didn't give me the runaround. I was also assisted by Mr. Devoe and that in itself was a joy. He treated me with respect and was extremely courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me. Definitely outstanding customer service which made this buying experience stress free. I highly recommend Helfman Ford!!!

Marcus Warren is a miracle worker. Never is too busy to talk, even when you drop in unannounced. Gives honest advice over the easy answers. Always smiling and remembers your family members.nnAfter my car accident with an 18-wheeler I wasn't sure I would/could get back behind the wheel. He helped me when I needed it most, and I bought my first new car.nnHe has helped us purchase at least 4 new cars. I have last track of the years I have known him and this dealership and I can't recall any bad experiences. Only great experiences!!nn10/10 would buy again

Just got my second truck from Helfman. Amir was great. He found just what I wanted. Gus, and Sal were awesome!! Super knowledgeable staff and team. They provide great advice without being pushy. Genuine professional service, and handled my trade with no hassles. Phenomenal experience!!

Recently bought our 3rd Ford, a 2019 Ranger, from Marcus Warren. Could not be happier with the vehicle and the customer service provided by him and the rest of the staff as well. Helfman is always very hospitable and was willing to do the work to get me the truck I wanted even though it was not on their lot. When it is time to buy our next car we will definitely be seeing Marcus again.
