Easy access location, different size units available, very clean and friendly staff that is available when ever you need them. We have had a unit with 155 Storage Park for several years and are very satisfied.
Great location and several different sizes available. My Family and I currently have 3 units rented, and we have been treated great by the employees.
I had my things at this storage unit for only one month. Getting the storage Unit was very easy but don't expect to get your deposit back. After not receiving it for a few weeks I called and the guy in charge of giving the deposit back stated that a check was mailed. No check was ever received. Nearly three months later I called back to check and he stated that he would need to pay for the stop payment fee and take that out of my deposit. I didn't agree that I should have to pay for the stop payment and told him that. Then he stated that he didn't even have to give me my deposit back if he didn't want to. Needless to say its not worth my time to argue with someone like that so I doubt I will see it.
Very slow correspondence. Lack of communication.
