It's ok
It was good everything until it was time to pay , we got a cashier name Ashley and she was so rude and when we will ask her something she will only roll her eyes .
I’ve been a customer of El Rancho for YEARS! But very disappointed with the customer service provided by the manager. I mistakenly purchased meat LESS THAN 24 HRS ago (didn’t realize it had pork, problem is I no longer eat pork). Their Return Policy clearly states you have to return within 24 hours. Manager did not care for their own return policy, was not understanding of the situation. Manager just shrugged and said return was being refused. I stated their policy and still manager could have cared less. I ended up leaving the meat along with my receipt and I will no longer be returning to El Rancho. FIESTA here I cooome!
I love this store! I’m African American and I know this store is a Hispanic store. However it’s welcoming to all cultures, the music is loud to honor the Hispanic tradition (doesn’t bother me) the food is fresh the store is clean. Everyone seems busy (staff) working to have things in order. The prices are affordable and I simply love it!
Best selection of fruits and vegetables in the area. Lowest prices I've ever seen on fresh produce. Fresh Seafood. And Fresh meat counter with Butchers for your requests. 5 STARS TO EL RANCHO
