I personally am thrilled that we have a local pediatrician who has amazing skills for small town living. I have taken my son to Dr. Storey since she has been located in La Grange. She has treated him for everything from common colds to maintaining his ADHD treatment. Dr. Storey is very understanding and takes her time to communicate with my son and makes sure that all of his questions along with mine are answered. The facility Dr. Storey works for has a patient portal and I feel that is the quickest way to communicate with Dr. Storey she gets back to me in a very reasonable time. She is definitely the pediatrician you are looking for to trust your child's health with!

Dr.Storey is such a great pediatrician. I definitely recommend her. She’s patient and caring with all her patients from new born to young adults. She has treated my daughters eczema, pneumonia and allergies. Dr.Storey takes her time during all her visits to make sure she covers everyone’s questions and concerns. She makes both of my daughters feel comfortable and cared for. If your child is in need of a new pediatrician, Dr.Storey is the one.

Dr. Erin Whitney, is a really awesome Doctor and great asset to Tejas Healthcare. She really cares about her patients and get to the bottom of whatever you have going on and stays on it. She takes her time with you and makes sure that you understand everything before you leave.

The doctor I saw was caring and kind. Medical staff is respectful. The reason I am rating this practice low is because of the billing department. I have left 5 messages to speak to someone about an issue with my lab bill. They originally told me they would take care of it but the issue is still and issue 1.5 months later. I can not even get a hold of them to get a response about what’s going on! Very disappointed. I have also called them to pay my bill and still no call back. Seriously!!!! No words to describe the lack of professionalism at this point.nnUpdate: I got call backs and they were able to take care of the issue.

They are nice, but they never have good answers to your questions, or they have no answer. And they will try and chedual you with out telling you what it will cost. They Keep you on hold to long and to many times in one phone call.nIn order to get labs done you need to schedual 2 visits one for approval of labs and the other to have labs done. So going to a community clinic to save some money doesn't work at all, for those who do self pay.
