Great library, but please for the love of everything make more computers available to students. It’s already stressful that you have shortened your hours, but now to have “out of order” signs on over 50% of your computers is just crazy. Still, I assumed it was because of social distancing and tried to respect it. However, when the LAST open PC that DID NOT have an out of order sign on it wouldn’t work, I took matters into my own hands and used one of the “out of order” computers right next to it, while being very conscientious of social distancing. However, moments later some IT guy came and got upset with me telling me not to do that in the future because it has NOTHING to do with COVID and everything to do with updates!! First, the computers have been this way with “out of order” signs since the beginning of the semester. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO UPDATE? Second, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. The computer worked fine. Third, at the end of the day for the the money I pay to this University you can chastise me all you want I don’t care about your stupid updates, I care about my grades and my degree. And I wouldn’t have even had to use the “out of order” PC had the other one without the sign worked. Ironic much? Please make life a bit easier for us students who pay money to attend here. Social distancing is understandable but please don’t add computer updates on top of the 2020 drama. We are trying to keep our grades up here and we pay money for these services. Thanks. Edit: I’ll also add that if I were to ONLY use the computers with no signs on them as I’m directed by you to do, I would be sitting directly in front of another student on the other side, which is NOT social distancing and is not safe. If you are going to enforce something that stringently, let it be the enforcing of masks. There was more than one student in the library not wearing a mask at all and nobody corrects it. But mess with computer updates? That’s another story. Don’t get me wrong, the employee was nice about it, but this is just very frustrating. Please fix this.

This library is vast, pleasant, and beautiful. The stain glass windows are just incredible and you can never get bored looking at them.

This library is the closest experience to Heaven On Earth. I love all the natural light, computers are everywhere for students and people of the community to use. The cafe is great and has one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Amazing movie collection and viewing rooms. I absolutely love coming here. Hands down the best library I’ve been to. Love this place!
