I am super happy about my new 2021 Ford Explorer!! The drive to La Grange Ford was well worth the trip. Ricky Dunk was so awesome to have as our salesman. He made the purchase of our Explorer so much easier and what we wanted. Although the Explorer with the color and options was on a fellow dealers lot Ricky grabbed it and had it at La Grange Ford for us to test drive and purchase. He was great at answering all our questions and making this by far the best auto purchase I've ever been through. Along with Erika King in Finance she topped off the purchase placing that cherry so perfectly on the sell. She was great working with us and completing the sale. We are so happy we chose to go to La Grange Ford. We've used the service department before and were well taken care of by Grover Greene and his staff. La Grange Ford does a great job in listening to my wants and not being pushy, straight forward and answered any questions I had. Everyone went above and beyond to work with me. This is my second purchase and I will be coming back and recommending La Grange Ford.

Staff are courteous and friendly, always helpful. Their waiting room is welcoming and comfortable coffee, sodas and water available. Service techs are efficient. Sales staff are friendly and accommodating, even though we have been to this location to look at the same vehicles before. Always a positive experience here.

Ed and Erika made our buying process quick and easy. We drove 2 hours to pick up our truck and it was well worth it. Erika made a promise that she’d have us a new key made and programmed at no cost to us at a dealership in our town- she kept her word. You can buy with confidence from them. I will definitely make the drive to buy from La Grange Ford again!
