What a seamless experience. The dealership team was ready when I got there, everything was put together they were very knowledgeable and had my best interest at heart. I dealt with Rhonda Brooks, Matt and Joshua. Will definitely use this dealership again.

So, I noticed maybe 3 people in masks onlyud83eudd22ud83eudd22ud83eudd22, however, the lady whom greeted me to drive my car to the mechanic did put a N95 mask on when I offered it to her and asked her to do so! (NEW MASK, NOT USED, IN THE PACKAGE), I also requested any in my car to please use 1 and they did. So those give Oviedo 100 Stars from me. I did get irritated because if I ask for prices, I need that info, do not do work on my car and the surprise me with a $150 bill for an oil change, thankfully I had the money, but even better, I had reward points to cover over $100. I was for sure nervous about using this Oviedo location due to a bad experience with a car I got before that gave me so many problems after (rumor has it), it rolled off or was dropped partially off the lift. Anyway. THANKS OVIEDO

Old fashioned service. They make you feel like family... I live in north Austin and happily drive to La Grange for any repairs or service that I need. I can't speak highly enough of them.

I worked with Matthew & Reggie at the dealership. I live in Houston and we pretty much did the whole transaction over the phone. We came to a fair deal for both sides on my trade and the vehicle I wanted to buy in a few hours. They did a great job getting me a good deal on the financing. I drove from Houston to La Grange the next morning and finished the paperwork in 15 minutes or so. The had the truck I was buying pulled up front, cleaned, and ready to go. Had I not walked around and thanked everyone, I could have been in and out in 15 minutes. The process was fair, quick, and painless. Fantastic experience.
