The owners are so sweet and helpful. We have a storage unit and have also rented a truck from this location and have had nothing but positive experiences. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
I didn't call until about 4-4:30 p.m. on afternoon and they said they could help me. I jumped in the car and drove from Duncanville to Midlothian and before 6:00 p.m. I was driving off in the 20 foot U-Haul truck to solve my issue. The couple that runs the place are excellent! The lady is so nice and helpful and the husband is just a great guy. One day I didn’t put my lock on my storage unit and within 30 minutes he had called me to tell me. The property is very well maintained. The price can not be beat. I give them 6 stars! This place rocks!
