Best prices in town with the worst customer service. They always seem mad & never smile. They never say hi or greet you. When you call same thing. It's as if you are inconveniencing them. It wouldn't hurt for them to at least fake it. Pharmacist is always nice.

After calling service desk several times and being put on hold ..... I was finally able to speak with a young lady. I asked her about her fax services. She answered my question. When I arrived from Alvarado to Midlothian she was busy on her phone. When I told her I wanted to fax she immediately went to fax machine without even picking up my documents..... then returned and said it was still broken and went back to her phone. However she did tell me to have a good day! It’s impossible to get decent customer services from most young employees! Very frustrated!

Best staff ever! We love all of the pharmacy staff. Also, using the Kroger RX program has saved us so much money.

Extremely kind staff and I find that my refills are always completed very quickly! I stopped going to all other pharmacies in Midlothian because they always have the lowest price (combined with goodrx) and the customer service is fantastic.

All ways long linesnBe prepared to wait 30 minutes or more!!!!nHave no idea why it has to take 15 min per car to pick up !!!!
