We are trying to give them a chance... really, we are. It’s such a convenient location for us. However, we have yet to go to pick up any prescription refills for anyone in the family & not experience immense frustration. Orders aren’t ever completed, they ask the same questions (enter it into the computer the first time you ask!), on & on. Hopefully, for Midlothian, they get their act together. Until then, we will be going to Kroger Pharmacy.

If i could post 0 stars, I would. I have been on hold waiting for the pharmacy to update my insurance information that their automated call requested me to do for 1hr and 21 minutes and counting. Tried to get help on line, but they suggested I call the local pharmacy that I was already on hold with. Or I could update it online and it would be updated within 24 hours, but I need the meds today. Or I could go in to the location. Oh wait! No, I can't! I have Covid. Just horrible customer service. I will be pulling all of my RX's from Walgreens and taking my business somewhere else.

Can not schedule flu shot online for my elderly mother with my phone or ipad. It won't let me use the first drop down to put in her age or list the Midlothian location. I called the pharmacy, they can not schedule appointments...has to be done online. The lady was nice on the phone but could not help because she had not been online to see how it is done. I guess I will go to CVS.
