Communicating with them isn’t easy. I spoke with a woman a couple of weeks ago and it didn’t even sound like she attempted to understand what I was asking. You have to constantly email for updates. They helped with my case, hence the 2 stars, but I wouldn’t use them again.nnEDIT: When my case was completed is irrelevant to my experience with this company; Google asked me to leave a review of my experience. The response to my Google review is inaccurate because I called on 1/28/21 and because the receptionists couldn’t give advice, she asked if I’d like to be transferred to someone who could so they transferred me to another woman (can’t recall her name). My phone consultation with her was pointless as I did not get anything out of talking to her; she didn’t try to understand what I was saying and kept repeating the same thing that had nothing to do with what I asked. So as previously noted, I would not use them again.

My dad hired hardesty for a family case and Kathryn was not helpful at all very disorganized know wonder she has worked in so many different places so I fired her and they keep giving me the run-around . I keep asking for my documents and my money back. All they want is the money. I have got all my documents and have not any mail from you and I have right to my opinion

Rwan & Tim are professionals I could trust in assisting & educating me on scenarios that could play out along with recommendations. They operated in an efficient & timely manner always returning my phone calls & emails. Their friendly office staff was just icing on the cake always at the other end of the phone to answer my call :). I highly recommend Hardesty Law office.

The people at hardest law have always been there when I needed them. They helped my son out of some trouble, and did an amazing job. They have also helped me with my family’s estate plan, and did a great job with my brothers divorce. If you need any legal help, if call here first. They do it all, and and all so very well! Communication is poor. I called trying to get updated on my case. I called for 3 days to get some type of update. When Rwan finally emailed me, she basically told me that I was not her only client and I did not need to be calling or emailing. I asked if she was so busy for me then why someone else from the office just let me know that they are simply working on it. Her response was that I never requested for her assistant to respond. But they made dang sure to bill me for the emails.
