Had a rather bad experience here. Went to pick up clothes, arrived at 6:50 (posted hours say open until 7) Door was locked, lights were off. Knocked on the door, no one answered. I even googled the phone number and called, but no one answered and I left a message. Had to make a special trip today to get items. When I told the man at the desk about it, he said he was there and the place wasn’t locked. I even showed him the time stamp of the call. His answer was complete indifference. No apology or even acknowledgment. I would suggest another cleaners; I will definitely not be back.

0I have called their number repeatedly over the destruction of one of my designer shirts that I sent to them to have dry cleaned they did not dry clean it they washed it and ruined it and starts it I don't start my dry cleaning not that shirt anyway and after repeated call repeated call repeated call no response from them I described what happened in a very calm manner as to speak with the owner actually left a message didn't speak with anybody because they won't answer their phone I will never go back here and I am seeking legal action for the replacement of my shirt it will cost me probably more in court proceedings than what the shirt actually ended up costing me but it's not the point it is now a matter of principle since they do not wish to work with me or even return my repeated phone calls so this will be the only other recourse that I have to teach them they cannot do this and will not do this to me and hopefully not anybody else in the future I should have looked at their reviews prior to using them but I have used this place in the past several times and had issues which I spoke with the manager before and had a resolution this time nothing total blank from the business

Dropped 4 Blouses off on a Wednesday Morning, was told they would be back Next day at 5, Well Thursday at 5 no shirts, the young man claimed sometimes they hold stuff longer then needed?? Iso I let him know I'm on my way out of town I need them now. He makes a call, locates them in Colleyville. States they are just coming out of the Washer.he let's her know i am on my way. I PAID MY BILL, So I get to the Address, over 45 minutes away and tell me why they were Closed and so Now I had to wait until 9:AM the next morning and to Top it OFF MY SHIRTS WERE NOT DONEud83eudd2c had to wash and Iron at the Hotel

I can't give this place as many stars as I want to. Long story short I was a stressed out bride trying to get my fiancee suit pressed. The day before the wedding! After calling every cleaner in my town and getting repeatedly shut down and getting more and more upset I googled cleaners in the town next to me. And thank God I called them first. These ladies went above and beyond to help me out and on top of it gifted me. It will forever be in my heart the kindness and understanding they showed. - One grateful bride to be !
