After calling several pest control places and scheduling an appointment with one, Cyndi with Pest Force returned my call the following day and said if the competitor I chose did not work out to give her a call. Well, the competitor delayed the appointment by 3 days. I called Cyndi and Pest Force came out the following day, identified the issue quickly and performed a one-time treatment promptly. The technician Danny was informative, accommodating and friendly. Very happy with the service, would recommend to anyone with pest control issues.
I don't even know where to start thanking this company but most of all Danny for fitting me in to a completely booked schedule to come to my house when I had an urgent need for a rodent infestation which happened almost overnight. Cyndi was so patient with me on the phone as I so panicky explained my situation and she assured me they would work me in and fix my problem...and they did. Danny was thorough, professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable that everything was going to be ok. He found out where the problem started and got it fixed. THANK YOU BOTH! Its great to know that there are companies and people out there that still care. I reccomend Pest Force to everyone.
