The folks at Legacy are outstanding all-around. In addition to their consistently courteous professionalism, they’re thorough and intentional in their methodical approach to not just correcting current issues, but also in developing plans for keeping up your dental health for the long term. It’s obvious in their approach and interactions that Legacy recognizes people and relationships as a core value of their business. We’ve moved out of Midlothian, but still make the drive across town as we plan on keeping Legacy as our family’s dental provider long-term.

I can't say enough about Legacy. I have never really had a great experience during my dental visits, but I can honestly say that I now look forward going to the dentist. I have even fell asleep a couple of times during my treatments. That has never happened. I am usually about to pull the arms off the chairs due to anxiety. I have had a deep cleaning and a mercury filling removed without any pain at all. Even with injecting the numbing medication, no pain at all. I didn't even feel the needle. That has never happened. I don't know how Dr. Nguyen does it, but he is absolutely hands down the BEST.

Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist he and his staff are amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. My family and I have been with this dentist office for years and the great customer service they provide from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave has kept me and my family coming back. I also love the fact they are very gentle with you and accommodating. If you are nervous they provide headphones to play whatever music soothes you and they provide whatever makes you comfortable I’ve never had a bad experience with them at all and I’ve always been terrified to go to the dentist but I trust them and very comfortable with this entire team. Their customer service is top notch and I would advise you to give them a try you’ll love them. Like the show Cheers “sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows you’re name and they’re always glad you came “ Look no further because this is definitely the place you want to go. I will end my saying the are big on communication and follow up and that’s always a plus with me THANK YOU team for all of your dedication and customer service

I've been to many dentists and have never felt as comfortable and cared for as I have at Legacy. While getting a crown put on today, I was treated to a massage chair, blanket, pillow, TV and sunglasses. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure. Dr. Nguyen said he hated going to the dentist growing up so he became one to make sure patients feel more comfortable than he did. It's nice to feel like they care for my comfort and my health.

Always five stars with Legacy Dentistry! The staff is so friendly and professional. Dr. Nguyen and my dental hygienist do a thorough job, and I feel confident that I’m receiving the best care and treatment. Also, the office is clean and inviting.
