Does not value employees! Rbs uses anyone it can until they have run their usefulness. You will be fed a line of how much they appreciate employees but once you've worked your butt off for them they will discard you in a heartbeat. $$$$ is what drives the owner not employee satisfaction or client happiness.

I feel disappointed as during the end of my Interview I was told that I was going to get a call back the following day which was not done. I had also left an email stating that I was still interested in the position and I still have not gotten a response. I can understand if I didn't quailfy for the position but I feel it's good customer service to follow up and to keep your word with a possiable employee.
