Not the greatest experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. Sat behind one person in line for 30 minutes. Appeared to be they messed up their order. Then we pull up. 2 of the 3 of our drinks were wrong. Took one back then wouldn't take the other back. Sat another 10 minutes while it was sort of fixed. The girl who took over for the guy was extremely rude. I recommend you bypass this location at night. Mornings are a lot better. Different crew.

I just left from ordering a syrup cream frappe, Michael helped me and was very nice with everything and very understanding and helpful. He did great, from the jump I was very pleased and impressed with his service skills.nHowever, I had ordered mint flavoring in my drink and didn't get it. Other than that great experience.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever. I’ve been many times and their speed is ridiculous. You can’t even bother with the drive thru unless you have 20-30 minutes to waste. I can’t for the life of me figure out why they can’t manage time and efficiency when no other Starbucks I’ve ever been to seems to have this problem.

This is the second time I went and saw them completely overwhelmed. They just can’t keep up. Yesterday when I went in you could cut the tension with a knife. No one working was even talking. Today they apparently locked their doors to keep everyone from coming in. I’ve seen a lot of busy Starbucks, I’ve never seen one so dysfunctional.

Starbucks is always good, so no extra review on that. This particular location is a very popular one, and staff does their best to get through the endless line for the drive through. My only suggestion would be to order your drink in advance to avoid having to wait a little longer due to its popularity!
