Great sandwiches and soup. The broccoli and cheese soup it awesome. The service was great too. So we're the cinnamon rolls ud83dude00

I love shlotsky's sandwiches but the sandwich made at their Midlothian store was horrible. Very poorly made an tasted bland it looked as if they just threw the items on a peice of paper and stuffed it in a bag and customer treatment was not much better. I'll never eat there again and wouldn't recommend theme to anyone

I love Schlotzsky's. I don't think I've ever had something at a Schlotzsky's that I didn't like. I receive the same consistent experience here as I've come to expect from all the others I've visited in the southern US (except for one in Little Rock, AR - that place was consistently not very good).

Last time I ordered via the phone. Got to the store and food was not ready and waited 20 minutes for my order to be done. Food was OK. Tonight, I ordered online to pick up 25 minutes later. Got there, no order and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Several people were coming back to the counter because their orders were wrong in some manner. When I finally got waited on, they had not started the order yet. Got it 30 minutes later after plenty of Covid exposure from people not wearing masks due to eating. Also from those folks coming in waiting to have their orders taken or to pick them up. Point is, if you are trying to avoid Covid 19 exposure where you can get in and out in a hurry, go somewhere else as apparently it's not staffed appropriately. Food again just OK, but not worth the risk if you have underlying health conditions. Delivery could be an option, but who knows when you would finally get it
