Susan Walsh has been our superstar travel agent for over a decade now. Several agencies had worked with us before we discovered Keene and all were satisfactory, but we can't overstate how much we rely on Susan and her resources to advise us on cruise ships, particular staterooms on various cruise ships, air travel, riverboats, excursions; everything related to travel. Susan has been most places we want to go, has recommendations about all aspects of these journeys and always keeps value in mind for her customers. She is so prompt to respond to our queries. Does she ever sleep? We receive emails from her at all hours. Susan is the best! On one occasion a few years ago, she went out of her way to encourage us to connect with other clients who were on the same cruise. On an upcoming cruise, Susan was able to save us about 25% on air fare to and from exotic places. My wife and I (plus a scooter) just completed our first cruise trip (to Alaska) with Susan Walsh’s assistance. We are cruise newbies and had a lot of questions. More than answering our questions, Susan listened to us and anticipated concerns and was tracking down answers before we knew to ask the questions! Susan is professional, responsive, and persuasive and she used these skills to help create a great cruise experience for us! We cannot wait to work with Susan again for our next cruise!!!
