Took my business up the street. Your on site manager was not helpful.nI was able to get a unit at Extra Space Storage up the street completely over the phone and the staff there goes above and beyond!nI'm glad I did not rent here.
Rented a unit and worked with Jamalya who was courteous and answered my plethora of questions with expertise! Great secure facility with ease of access and yet secure. Great storage with climate control m, drive up and indoor storage units! Very clean!
Staff is always helpful and with the world being completely upside down at this time, have tried to be as helpful as they, as a Business, can!nI have been renting at this particular Securlock fo probably close to 5 years.nHave not one single complaint
