Mr. Melvin in the office is great. I needed more storage during my recent move and he got me a unit close to mine. EASY! He even allowed me some extra time to get everything moved in while I relocated to another apartment. Saved me an extra headache.
Needed a unit fast and Mr. Melvin helped me out. He stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. It’s not often people go out of their way to help these days.
Walked in and people at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Got me a storage unit on the spot with clear instructions on location, sizes, temperature control, elevator access and more. Has a secure gate with a code, felt safe and was well lit. Good communication via email about getting insurance on record and following up. Even bought a lock there for a reasonable price. All around great experience. Highly recommend.
