Shop around. There are far nicer storage facilities close by to use and for less money. They do not need your business, they will tell you that.
To say that Bruce is unpleasant would be an understatement. There is a reason why this business has such a low rating. After being a tenant for a year and wanting to upgrade my storage unit, I was shown Bruce’s grace and diplomacy by him telling me to take my f#(king boat to another storage facility, simply because I ask a couple of questions. The owner Janice didn’t want any feedback and said that “Bruce is my guy and who I need there”. You can have him and watch how many more people he runs off. Unbelievable that people can stay in business with people like this.

Wow, called the number...spoke with Bruce....a little unpleasant. Seemed like I was bothering him even though Janice, the owner, said I could call him. Told me his hours were 6am -2pm and I should call him back tomorrow. Business is business.....I guess you don't want any?
