We have all of our personal and business insurance with the O'Brien Agency and always found their staff (Renee) and Chad to be very helpful, professional and respectful. They should be commended for their sense of urgency on all matters. We bought a Pontoon this summer on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised when Chad emailed me back right away asking for further clarification. Immediate service on a Saturday! Kudos!!

In that time I have found the service to be excellent and that the broad product mix available through O'Brien meets my diverse needs at a competitive price. I appreciate dealing with people that I know, who live and work in my home area. Previously I had been with a large regional agency that changed hands frequently. It is refreshing to be treated as a valued client by O'Brien, instead of a commodity traded between agencies.

Have been with O'Brien insurance for many years. Last year when my insurance was up for renewal the O'Brien insurance company found me a new company that saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Didn't ask him to he just knew there was a better deal out there for me. That is why I shop with an independent insurance agent that has multiple companies to chose from. They look out for their clients and have always made me feel like a top priority.

I expect great customer service and I've always received it from O'Brien Insurance. They are always helpful with any questions I have and do their best to search out the best rates for my family. I have never had any issues, and they are quick to respond if I don't reach them immediately. I highly recommend them.
