Our Tonal appointment went smoothly. Everything was clean and it was easy to schedule it online. We also had to reschedule because of weather complications and the store not being able to open. However, Lance (the Tonal rep) reached out and made sure we were given the latest info. He was great at explaining everything that Tonal offers. He went into detail and let us try out the machine. The space built for it at Neighborhood Goods allowed us to really see how we could have this machine at our house. I loo forward to owning one of these in the future!
Tonal took my vision and didn't care to involve me in the team. Bunch of thives the leverage off of others thoughts, years of expriance and money. I want 200k, unlimited membership, unlimited equipment replacement and parts or else I hope everything vanishes.
So the product is very cool but don’t believe them when they say 6-8 or even 10-12 weeks to get the machine. Based on a lot of research I’m seeing some people are waiting 3 months to get the machine....I’ve waited for 6 weeks and after numerous phone calls today my estimated ship week has been delayed another week. And it takes the item 7-10 days to get my area and then could be weeks to have it installed because the company they work with struggles to install it in a timely matter based on reviews and experiences.:.please check the tonal Facebook and Twitter for proof
My husband and I made an appointment to try out the tonal in Plano. Our salesperson was Celeste. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She followed all of the safety precautions. She wiped down everything before we touched anything and when we were finished. This is an awesome product! It will take up minimal space in your home, plus make you stronger!! Thank you Celeste for all of your help!!
