Storm happened Saturday called American Family this morning and was told by Rebecca that Randy would be in later to return call. Now all of a sudden I call in and Randy Lemoine is not in the office to talk to no return phone call at 3:30 p.m. and we're still waiting to find out whether things are covered or not. The least Randy could have done was have returned calls by himself or office and showed some empathy for the urgency to all his clients. And then Rebecca's response is you can express that to Randy. Rebecca has very poor customer service.I could not recommend this agent or office.
