Staff are friendly and flexible to both your schedule and needs when it comes to chiropractic/ physical therapy care. I've been coming here for a few months now to get my shoulder back in order and have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely recommend others to give these guys a call.

Excellent support for my shoulder problems. Eric analyzed my shoulder condition well, and my therapist, Tori, personalized the regimen to get me back active in my daily life, including my exercise routine. There is great teamwork among the therapists, who assist each other with their customers. I highly recommend this caring team!

PTConcepts provides amazing physical therapy in a friendly environment. I am encouraged by all when there and each employee seems to know what is going on with every patient. It's like they have eyes and ears in the back of their head. In addition, I have never been to a facility like this that teaches me how to move and go forward outside of therapy. It is a true education on how to use and teach muscles to work properly without compromising other body parts.

PTConcepts Frisco is incredible! I will be referring anyone I know in need of physical therapy here. They helped me fully recover from a traumatic car accident and get back to a physically demanding job way faster than I thought was possible. They are all just so good at what they do. Eric is thoughtful, very knowledgeable, and treats every patient with such kindness! Cassidy, Tori, and Nicole are the best! They are invested in their patients and work with you in such a caring and selfless way that builds you up until you are feeling your best again! The rest of the office staff are amazing too and always make sure you are cared for. I was not directly a patient of Dr. Arora’s as I didn’t need chiropractic care, but he would often check in on me and help make sure all my recovery needs were being met which was so kind! This office goes above and beyond! Thank you to everyone at PTConcepts Frisco, I am so grateful for the work you do!

The staff is great and very willing to help and get you out of pain and on the right track to make you feel better. They continue to work hard to make sure you are feeling great. They all go above and beyond. Great friendly atmosphere. Very nice experience every time you walk through the door.
