The pharmacy is woefully understaffed. The techs and pharmacist are great, but if they get the smallest line - forget about it. Don't even bother calling in to speak to the pharmacist from 4pm - 7pm, they're overwhelmed and short-staffed, you'll be on hold forever. I live very close to this location, so this isn't some isolated experience. It's like this all the time, week after week, month after month. CVS needs to get them more help.

Excellent customer service and always greeted with a smile. This is a top-notch CVS! Great I can walk across the street to get there..very convenient.

I'm from out of town and the pharmacy was great help to me. Awesome service. Pharmacist gave me her phone number so my dentist could call in a prescription from home state. Had it filled very fast and I was on my way. Thanks Plano cvs!!!!!

I went to take a passport photo and I had no option to change my photo. They simply chose the photo they wanted. I feel very bad about the service because it will be a photo for an ID and obviously you want to have a good photo. Do not go there!!!

Great customer service and very clean store. Opened about 4 weeks ago and I have 0 complaints. Love that it’s right across the street from where I live, walk here all the time.
