The Pharmacy needs serious help. Initially I called twice and was on hold for 12 min and then went to voice mail. This happened twice. Then I drive to the pharmacy and the drive through has a we are closed sign when it’s clearly during pharmacy hours. I walked in and it was barely busy. Two customers. Not sure why the staff can’t answer phones or have someone available in the drive through

Plan on waiting forever if it’s on the phone, drive through or just standing in line. You will wait a long time! If there is an issue with your prescription due to insurance or any other issue they will let it sit unless you continually follow up. I’ve been waiting almost a month now for two of them. Will be switching to another pharmacy today.nFind another pharmacy!!
