Great place to bring kids and your pets. Peaceful place to take a nice bike ride or go for a walk. The play area is well built for the kids to play. The Beaver's Bend Trail, starting from 4th Army, has a good length for all the walking and biking you could do in the world. Some restrooms would be nice though.
Very family friendly! Great scenery. Enough space to practice covid safety.
Always clean and mowed. Very spacious and pleasant. Several routes to choose from.
Great place for walk through nature. Numerous varieties of birds one doesn't see everywhere.
Nice place for Trials, we can trial surrounding the houses. There is some open place to play football, soccer, etc and small kids play area.
