HIGHLY RECOMMEND ... Rusty and team went above and beyond in their effort and dedication to complete our move from Lucas to McKinney. In my error -- yes, it was my fault -- I grossly underestimated the amount of things we had to move and how many trucks were needed. Nonetheless, Rusty and team worked a 12 hour day in 100+ degree heat, making two trips and staying late to get our bedding set up so we had a place to sleep in our new home.nnKatrina was also wonderful in planning and scheduling as our closing date was fluid. I can't say enough POSITIVE attributed ... everyone was professional and worked without complaint to move a 4,400 sq. ft. home and 25 years of accumulated possessions.nn***** FIVE STARS ***** Step-By-Step are trusted, reliable, dedicated moving professionals -- look no further than Step-by-Step.

Excellent company! The crew was prompt, courteous and careful, the price was reasonable. All of our furniture was wrapped in blankets and well taken care of. I was nervous about hiring a moving company, because the last time I had furniture scratched. But Step-By-Step was a completely positive experience. Totally worth it...My money was well spent on a hassle-free move!

Katrina and Rusty are the best. The cost for a move can be expensive, but Step-by-Step provides a great value for their service AND they take care of your belongings. We had a whole home move and they were great from the beginning. I didn't feel like I was a number and they were truly interested in earning my business.nnThey're professional and the movers take great care of your items from explaining what to expect, packaging and the actual move itself. They are careful yet expedient. Even though moving can be a headache, Step-by-Step took care of us and made our move a breeze. I highly recommend them to family and friends! If there is such a thing as a perfect move experience, that’s what we had this week with Step By Step Moving Company. Jason and his crew were polite, professional, on time, careful and positive the entire day. Jason communicated with us frequently during the day to update us on their progress. Before they left, they asked several times what they could do to help us be fully satisfied and happy. They made our moving day memorable in such a good way.
