Matthew provided fantastic service. He made renting storage so easy and was extremely helpful in understanding our options and how much space we needed for our situation. He was so organized in showing us the unit, the property access and entering and securing the unit. The paperwork was simple and we were done in no time whatsoever. Highly recommended!!
I really love this place! Can't say I ever expected to feel that way about a storage company. Amy and team are so warm and wonderful and somehow make storing your stuff feel like a lovely part of the moving process. Their attention to customer service has been great, and the whole team always greets you with a smile. If I need storage again, I'll be coming back here! Highly recommend especially for local Frisco folks - great location.
