When you go into a divorce, there are so many unknown factors...I didn’t know where to start but I knew what my gut was telling me. I was referred to Kathryn and her team by a colleague and looking back now, hiring her as my attorney was the single best decision I’ve made for my future. In a highly contentious divorce, she and her team anticipated the unknown and prepared me to advocate for both my own and my children’s welfare. Even through the Covid shutdown, Kathryn and her team worked diligently to keep my case open and moving. Anytime there was communication from my children’s father or his attorney, Kathryn would relay the information and already had a plan formulated for our desired outcome. Through the entire process, Kathryn and her team taught me to stand my ground while keeping the goal of long term well-being in mind. When my father passed away in November, Kathryn and her team continued to work on my case and were able to produce a Final Agreement that provided security for now and years to come. Kathryn represented me in one the most difficult single parent custody battles a father can undergo. Her professionalism and drive has afforded me the opportunity to be the man and father that I knew I was called to be; furthermore most court systems are not willing to consider such fair rights for a father of an infant. I would not only recommend Kathryn I would only use Kathryn for any family law suit. She manages her clients most emotional phase of life with truest of character.
