Colleen Carboy is a phenomenal champion for her clients. She handled an egregious injury case involving our elderly mother and a well known, very expensive memory care facility in the metroplex. We had a positive outcome thanks to Ms. Carboy's tireless efforts and her vast knowledge of both the medical and legal professions. With the perfect balance of pragmatism and fierce advocacy, our family was in very capable hands and we always felt like we had the best representation possible for our situation. Extremely disappointed in my experience. I took a legal issue to them and they continually told me they were working on it. After over a year passed by, they told me they decided not to take the case because it would be their experts testimony against the experts of the hospital where my wife died. I later contacted several other attorneys to request they look at the case, but they all told me there was not enough time because the two year statute of limitations was approaching.
