Quincy serviced my home. He came right on time with good notice of intended arrival. Great pricing. Three bedrooms were completed. He took his time, did not rush the job and my carpets needed some work! Highly recommended. Very respectful, honest and transparent about the job he came to do. He was not acting like a salesmen trying to up the charge. Thank you Quincy for the great work! Hope you get more incoming service your way! You will not be disappointed. Miracle Steam did an awesome job. My carpet and upholstery is like new. Tech was very professional and explained everything that he was doing thoroughly. Made sure I was satisfied with everything before departure. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use their services again!
My wife and I were in a tight bind and needed our carpet cleaned ASAP. A colleague of mine recommended Miracle Steam Pros so I gave them a call. They could not have been friendlier and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. We got 5 bedrooms cleaned w/ closets and I must say the carpet looks better than I can ever remember it looking. They were even able to get out some stains that previously companies were not able to remove. I highly recommend Miracle Steam Pros and they will definitely be my preferred carpet cleaners moving forward.
