I love cleaning day! The team at My Maids 2 Go Frisco cleaning does a fabulous job! Joanne and Brenda are meticulous, extremely professional and super sweet. They are conscientious and thorough in their work. Any of the crew who have worked in my home have been incredibly friendly and thorough. This is the best treat you can do for yourself!! If you have ever considered getting this kind of service, these are the people to call!!
Over the many years we've had Molly Maid clean our home we are very satisfied. During this time of Covid they have shown up masked and gloved and have provided us with very professional service. We have felt very safe having them in our home and over the years they have felt like extended family to us!
I have been using My Maids Frisco for almost a year. They have never missed an appointment and have never needed to be called back for an insufficient cleaning. I am very satisfied with the service. It is easy to get in touch with the company to reschedule as needed. The team are always briefed about particular rooms that should not be cleaned/entered. They also promptly reported when they accidentally broken a toilet seat at my home and replaced the item the same day, no hassle. Finally, one of the team members even texted me to say they saw a snake outside my house, even including a photo so we would be aware when we returned home. Really above and beyond service.nnI appreciate their trustworthiness , attention to detail, and how nice and clean my home looks after they visit!
Elite Cleaning is fantastic, I would highly recommend them. The owner, is very responsive via text which I appreciate. The two cleaners, Francisca and Gislaine, are skilled and very thorough. They go above and beyond - they wet mop all the floors, wipe out the microwave & fridge, clean the oven when it needs it, and even wipe all the blinds. Since COVID started they also wear masks and socially distance while in our home. We've used them for 6 months now and have been consistently happy with their work.
They were able to work with a difficult scheduling window due to us selling our house. They arrived on time, were respectful of Covid-related safety steps, and did a great job. I couldn't be happier
